3. How does the process work?

Traffic Angels offers several ways to resolve your traffic ticket.

(A) Bring your ticket into the office: You can call the office and schedule an appointment to meet with an attorney who will evaluate your ticket and discuss the case with you. If you wish for Traffic Angels to handle your case, we will ask you to execute a traffic ticket engagement letter which will allow us to negotiate the ticket on your behalf. Once the ticket is resolved, we will send you a letter detailing the outcome of your case and how you may pay any court fines.

(B) Schedule an appointment on-line: You may use our interactive calendar to schedule an appointment on-line. At the time of your meeting, an attorney will evaluate your ticket and discuss the case with you. If you wish for Traffic Angels to handle your case, we will ask you to execute a traffic ticket engagement letter which will allow us to negotiate the ticket on your behalf. Once the ticket is resolved, we will send you a letter detailing the outcome of your case and how you may pay any court fines.

(C) Submit your ticket via fax (option only available for tickets set for appearances more than 14 days from the fax date): You may fax your ticket directly to Traffic Angels. Traffic Angels will evaluate the citation and contact you with any questions. Traffic Angels will then fax the traffic ticket engagement letter to you along with an invoice for payment. Traffic Angels must receive the payment and executed engagement letter at least three (3) days before your scheduled court date. A Traffic Angels Attorney will then appear in Court and negotiate your ticket. Once the ticket is resolved, we will send you a letter detailing the outcome of your case and how you may pay any court fines.

(D) Submit Your Ticket On-Line: Unlike other traffic ticket attorneys, Traffic Angels allows you to submit your traffic ticket on-line using our on-line form. Simply follow the steps of the on-line form, complete the traffic citation attorney agreement, and submit payment via our secure connection. Traffic Angels will evaluate the citation and contact you with any questions. A Traffic Angels Attorney will then appear in Court and negotiate your ticket. Once the ticket is resolved, we will send you a letter detailing the outcome of your case and how you may pay any court fines.

Given the unique nature of DUI/DWI and bench warrant offenses, individuals with these matters need to contact our office directly or schedule an appointment using our on-line calendar. Since these offenses could include significant jail time and/or heavy fines, we want to meet with you in person to discuss the case and devise a strategy. 4. How can I check the status of my case?

Traffic Angels offers a unique service to its clients by allowing them to check the status of their case on-line. At the Customer Login screen you may create a user name and password. Once you have created an account, you can check the status of your ticket including the next hearing date and the resolution of the offense. If you owe fines to the Court, you may access some Courts via the Traffic Angels website to submit payment directly.

In addition, Traffic Angels will maintain contact with you throughout your case and you will receive updates via mail and/or email until your case is resolved.

5. How much will it cost?

Traffic Angels handles most routine traffic tickets beginning at $100. DUI/DWI offenses start at $1,250 and warrants start at $250. In addition to the Traffic Angels fee, you may incur Court costs, fines and assessments as well as DMV fines and assessments, depending upon the outcome of your case.
